READY TO EAT

PACKAGE INCLUDE:

• Beef meat - inside round AA
• 2 single serving of 65g / 2.292 oz
• Nitrite free
• Tartar sauce
• 2 single serving of 35g / 1.234 oz

• As an appetizer:
• Mix 1 portion of meat and the desired amount of sauce (1 portion suggested)
• Eat fresh immediately.
• As mean dishe:
• Mix 2 portions of meat and the desired amount of sauce (2 portions suggested)
• Eat fresh immediately.

THAWING INSTRUCTIONS:
Remove the bags from the box, put in cold water for about 10 minutes et laisser and let thaw. You may sometime notice that the meal will change color after thawing due to lack of oxygen. Do not thaw in microwave oven, or in hot water, or at room temperature. Eat fresh immediately. Do not refreeze.

IMPORTANT : Until defrosting, the product must not break the cold chain at any time (remain frozen).
